Hi all,
Great to find this (good old co-pilot)
We are now confidently sending PDF messages via MESH to GP practices and plan to expand usage so that secondary‑care staff don’t need to sign into multiple systems to communicate routine and urgent maternity updates.
The problem
GP teams are extremely busy. We ideally would like to send urgent requests via MESH, but the risk is they can sit in long queues within TPP. We do not have TPP access, so we cannot see where our items land or whether they are surfaced promptly.
Our ask
Could anyone confirm whether we can flag or route maternity items for priority handling using any of the following, and advise on configuration steps:
-
Workflow ID / task metadata – can we set a specific Workflow ID or header so messages are auto‑routed to a high‑priority worklist (e.g., generic task box, duty doctor, or designated maternity queue)?
-
Subject line or document type rules – can practices create rules in TPP to promote items (e.g., “[Maternity—Urgent GP action]”, “Booking summary”, “Pregnancy loss notification”)?
