Hi,

Is there a method available to retrieve the ‘Priority Changed From’ value (if present) via the ERS API?

This value is displayed on the ‘Triage Request Summary’ page.

Could you share a screenshot of the page in question please? Without any PID if possible.

I’m not familiar with this field so need to determine where and how it appears; and whether we expose it via our API.

In general, Service Provider Activity isn’t covered by the API I’m afraid - sorry!

There isn’t, but we welcome new user requests if you’d like to raise something? Form here.

We’ve had one or two requests for exposing the referral history via the API, but never the SPA data, so would be useful to know the use case.

Thanks - I will add the suggestion to the ideation site.

We work with many NHS trusts and automate their referrals process (ers2pas), and some trusts record the change in referral priority when the create the referral in their PAS.

I think I can get this from the Clinical Information Summary file, but would be much slicker if I could get via API.

Yes, Service Provider Activity is available via the PDF (A007), example here.

You will always get the current Priority from A005, for example. But any previous iterations won’t be in the response.
