Hello, I am wondering how we are supposed to determine the Referral Actions History from the data returned from A005? This information is available in the Prof App but does not seem to be included in the response body:

Referral history, as you’ve demonstrated in the screenshot, is not currently supported via our API. A005 only returns the current state and associated referral meta-data.
Did you need the history for a specific purpose?

Yes, we would like to be able to display the Triage Response State and Comment and the associated Timestamp within our application.
As an additional followup question I can also see the “clinicalInfoLastUpdated” field is included in the response for items from A008, but it is also not included in the response from A005. This is listed as a requirement for accreditation. Can you confirm this is not returned by the A005 API either?

The referral state and any associated comments are present, where appropriate in A005, but not for any previous versions as you probably require.
You are welcome to raise a user need to get a feature on our backlog for consideration. Please use this form.
I believe “ClinicalInfoLastUpdated” is available on A005 via the FHIR extension: “Extension-eRS-ClinicalInfoLastUpdated”
