As a SERVICE_PROVIDER_CLINICIAN, when viewing an A&G request, I have the option to change the priority of the request.
The eRS API doesn’t seem to have a way of requesting the healthcare service information whilst using this role so my system can’t populate the fields of the UI with supported priorities.
How can I discover which priorities to display?

Hi @sam.carter - Very good question and one which I will take away to chat to our devs.
I can’t think of an easy solution to this, at least using the endpoint information we have currently.
Thanks for the reply. On eRS I get the screenshot below showing the greyed out unsupported priority.
The only solution I have is to submit the response, receive an error, and then tell the user that the service priority isn’t supported, which is not great UX.
A solution would be appreciated!

Hi @sam.carter - Yeah, not ideal!
As this information is not currently provided we would have to add it into our API suite. We are thinking the Healthcare Service endpoints may be suitable.
