We currently have a problem where work items are being triaged using the e-RS APIs on our system, and then later down the line, the same UBRN is being modified by the referrer and re-added into the user’s worklist. In this instance, it would be useful to fetch the work item’s action history so that the user can be informed of this fact. Is there currently a way to fetch this information?
There is no functionality to retrieve referral history via the API. The mitigation, if required, would be to check the web-based professional application; although we appreciate this is less than ideal.
