GP Connect INT Migration – LDAP Discovery Issue

We’re migrating our GP Connect: Access Record Structured integration from the retired Orange Testlab to the INT environment.

Previously: Connected to orange.testlab.nhs.uk:389 (plain LDAP, no auth) to discover nhsMhsEndPoint, nhsMhsPartyKey, and ASID for SSP routing.

Now: Pointing to ldap.nis1.national.ncrs.nhs.uk:636 (LDAPS) but getting “Server Down” error.

DNS resolves fine, and we’re on HSCN. Suspecting the issue is mTLS—INT requires a client certificate, whereas Orange Testlab didn’t.

Does anyone know what we might be missing with this new GP Connect connection via INT?

Hi @harry.plummer1, I’m from Meditech UK. We had completed the assurance for Meds and Allergies some time back.
