I am a patient with severe adult ADHD ICD 10 F9. I have spent six years extensively researching my condition my code and my extensive research all done by myself and has taken me to many interesting fields aspects many departments after reading all the guidance guidelines protocols interventions gaps in areas and how improvement is needed. As a service user with extensive knowledge, I have been trying to use my live experience and my knowledge to improve services for mental health as this has become very well known for good reasons. improvements and patients lives are vital and complicated mental health issues. We are now seeing that a lot of education communication is needed in many areas I still remain wanting to be recognised rewarded and respected to go on to be supported and then helping communities with my years of personal and professional experiences, I would appreciate support and Patients as I find I get invited to honourable member only platforms. I believe this is due to my knowledge and research over the years and using my own experience, which can only help benefits and improve our society. Thank you
