Capabilities Check LDAP is failing

Our Capabilities Check is failing, we’re being returned an error “Server Down” in the sandbox environment. It was working early last week, from Friday onwards we noticed it being broken. As far as I know there have been no changes on our end that could have caused this (but I might be wrong). Are there any known changes or server issues on the NHS side?

Is there a way to find the uniqueIdentifier, MhsPartyKey and MhsEndpoint for Dr Leggs surgery in the sandbox environment so I can skip the LDAP query while it’s having issues?
