GPConnect using LDAP

We’re ready to go live with GPConnect using LDAP. However, the connection isn’t established when attempting to access the LDAP live URL, though it connects successfully in the integration environment.

Please advise if we need to whitelist our HSCN server IP with the GPConnect team to resolve this issue.
