What is the schedule for EBSX files being published each month?

Good morning,

I’ve noticed that the EBSX data from December 2025 hasn’t yet been published (https://digital.nhs.uk/services/e-referral-service/reports-and-statistics/ebsx-reports). Do we know when this data might be published? Also, going forward, is there an expected schedule for when we can expect the previous month’s data to be published?

Hi @Jamie_Burns - There is no set schedule I’m afraid. It’s a manual task for a colleague to retrieve the extracts from e-RS and get our web team to add them to that page.

I can ask about the December data, or if it’s available - I know we had issues around the holiday period so perhaps that has contributed.
