Are EBSX reports still going to be published, and if so, is the data from September available?

Good morning,

I’ve noticed that the last EBSX report that’s been published (https://digital.nhs.uk/services/e-referral-service/reports-and-statistics/ebsx-reports) is from August 2025.

Is this something that is going to be updated going forward, and if so, when can we expect to have more recent data published here?

If this isn’t being maintained, is there an alternative way of getting the same datasets?

Hi @Jamie_Burns - Apologies for this, we are in the process of getting the latest information online.

If you or someone in your org has access to e-RS (Prod), a user with an ‘Information Analyst’ role can always download these from the UI.

Hi - do you have a rough idea when the latest information will be published? We’re able to manually get the data from the UI for now, but ideally we’ll want to use the published data instead.

Hi @Jamie_Burns - Apologies, we’ve had issues with our reporting service and creating these extracts. I’ve been told they will be sorted today; I’ll try and get an update by COP.
