For the time being, our team needs to download monthly data from the live system to get e-RS data in order to produce downstream report and I’m now conducting feasibility study to see if we can download e-RS data via API. The data we are looking for are as follow

  • EBSX02
  • Appointments for Booking (AFB)
  • Appointment Slot Issues (ASI)
  • Referrals for Review
  • Advice and Guidance
  • Advice and Guidance Activity Log (AG01)

@zubeir.tai Are you able to advise on this one regarding the feasibility of using API to download reporting data?

Hi @Gavin_Chan - Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community!

We don’t have the capability to retrieve reports or extracts via the API currently.

From your list the following is supported:

  • Referral for review worklist
  • ASI worklist
  • A&G (provider) worklist

Hi @Gavin_Chan - The 3 I listed aren’t what I would term as reports, we call them worklists. But yes, all the data from these worklists can be obtained via the API.
