Hi folks,
We have tried to add a couple of API products from your library to our provider account, using your Digital Onboarding Service. On adding the product and clicking Add Product at the bottom of the page, we are getting an error page.
We raised a ticket via the Service Desk for this 1 month ago and have chased it via the portal and various phone calls since. There has been no response.
Can anybody recommend a course of action to take here; From what I can see this part of your Onboarding site has been down for over 30 days with absolutely, and aside from the courteous folks I’ve spoken to on the servicedesk, nobody has acknowledged this.
