Onboarding Pending

I’m Vincent from Praxis Medicine. We submitted our product, Praxis, for review and it’s currently still showing as pending. I appreciate the team is busy and I know reviews take time, but I wanted to check in and see if there’s anything we can do on our end to help move things along, or if there’s an admin who might be able to take a look at where our submission sits in the queue.

If there’s any additional information needed from us, we’re happy to provide it promptly.

@Zeeshan_Saeed, to echo @Vincent_Froelich’s experience, we have also been affected by this.

We requested access to NHS Website Content API on 14 January (application ID is 431e50cb-00ad-4902-8723-eb175feb0117), but as of 21 April it is still ‘pending’. We have contacted NHS Service Desk on several occasions to get this resolved, but their ability to help has been limited (to put it kindly!).

The reality of the situation is we have a production deployment of our system that cannot use the NHS API.

So, two questions:

  1. On requesting production API access, what is a reasonable amount of time to wait for access to be granted/rejected?
  2. If we have a problem, e.g. we need to escalate, who do we contact, given NHS Service Desk seems unable or unwilling to help?
