Seeking for the latest and complete SNOMED CT Human-Readable Subset (UK Clinical Extension)

Hi,

We are a TIF Framework partner of the NHS and seeking for the latest and complete SNOMED CT Human-Readable Subset (UK Clinical Extension). As of now we are using this version UKHRS_41.0.0_20250924000001Z from which a couple of Snomed codes are missing like Plague vaccination (SCTID: 50069008). Please help us to locate the complete and updated dataset.

However to help you out the SNOMED CT Human-Readable subsets are available on our TRUD web site here: SNOMED CT human-readable subset - UK Drug Extension – NHS TRUD. You will need to register with the site and subscribe to the relevant files (all free).

If you have any issues with these files please raise a call with information.standards@nhs.net.
