Where to find Demo Snomed CT Patient Records?

Hi everyone. I’m not sure if this is the correct place to ask but I’m looking to find a source of demo/example patient records using the Snomed CT ontology.
Any ideas where I could find this resource?

This Care Connect Reference Implementation demonstrated various elements of clinical records using SNOMED CT (using a FHIR STU3 RESTful API)

We don’t have a UKCore reference implementation but examples can be in the UKCore Implementation Guide. UK Core Implementation Guide 1.0.0 - STU1
Find the specific health data type you are interested and then view the examples.
