Good Morning Manish,

As Kevin has already posted here, the NHS England Terminology Server is exactly what you are looking for.

I hope that the linked pages he has provided, which are intended as self-service, will allow you to access the Terminology Server in the way you require. If you intend to integrate the Terminology Server with an EPR system for example you will need to request system-to-system access, whereas if you only require the option to browse SNOMED content then Shrimp is more appropriate.

Hi Manish,
I am a developer colleague of Jordan. We are working on an application that deals heavily with SNOMED data from the Terminology Server. I am happy to discuss some of the technical nitty gritty.
