Pds upgrade from hl7 v3 to pds fhir

We are in the process of developing an upgrade from pds hl7 v3 (mim 4.2) to psd fhir ( trace, retrieve and update). Is there any guidance for how we should migrate data from pds hl7 v3 to pds fhir , especially around any changed data items
