PDS- Need Test data for a very restricted Patient on INT environment

Hi Team,

I am working on PDS FHIR API integration and I am looking for the Test NHS number on INT environment which are marked as Very restricted to test a few scenarios related to it.
Currently I am using the attached sheet which has only restricted data. Kindly help me to provide a very restricted category NHS number or set up the same data if there is not already.
