New applications setup for RAN, possibly due to missing roles

Hi im currently working on an Epic connect project between UCLH-RNOH. Having an issue with the below steps;

  • New applications set up for RAN

  • Currently getting this error while testing

  • We think it may be due to missing roles on the user (555300447108)

Can someone provide some assistance please

Hi @yunus_Ozdemir
Could you add a bit more information as to what you are doing when you get this error?
We are trying to ascertain who is best placed to assist with your query.

NHSE completed the endpoint binding - this time to the RAN organisation in INT:

MHS party key RAN-824812

ASID 200000002734 has been allocated

ASID 200000002735 has been allocated

With the RNOH Consultant card (555300447108) inserted I am trying to retrieve the RAS worklist within Epic. I am able to authenticate shown by the below screenshot:

Next I click on this activity within Epic to retrieve the e-RS worklist, this is a mandatory step for the RAS referrals to show up in Epic, I need to select the role to do this.

Next i click on Obtain Roles

In the popup browser, I get this error message

And then within Epic I see this message

Here is an example of what it is supposed to look like once the role is selected

The retrieve worklist button above pulls the info into Epic

Those were the steps taken, had to do multiple posts as it only lets me put 1 image per post

Hi @yunus_Ozdemir

The configuration of your applications had not been completed, but I can confirm they are now.

Please try again and let us know if you still have issues.

Kind regards

Nila

Hi @nila.surti3
I have just retested this and it is giving me the same issue as before

H Yunus

The ASID has been updated. Please can you try again and see if you still get any errors?

Kind regards

Nila

Hi @nila.surti3
I’m having the same issue

and again; i see this within Epic i have this incase you need to see it

This was resolved via calls/ teams - it turned out to be an issue with the secret, which has now been corrected. RNOH confirmed they can successfully retrieve the RAS referral and are now verifying they can retrieve the DBS attachment for a service under the same ODS.
