We are in the process of setting up e-RS testing in out of our TST environment with the INT environment, when we are attempting to retrieve referrals we are prompted with the message below

As your issue appears to be auth&auth related I’ve moved this topic into the API Platform category where someone should be able to help you.
Once you get authenticated the e-RS team will be able to help you with any e-RS specific issues.

Hi @tony.marsh1 we are still having issues pulling referrals into our PAS, no attachments are falling in.
We’re not sure if this is config on our side that needs to change.
Is it possible someone can join a call tomorrow to try and help resolve? I suspect the issue is with us but just incase

I noticed the app 107351e6-b0a4-4b12-8cee-2943b45df516 does not have the ‘app-restricted-user-id’ attribute. This could be a cause for a 500 error response.

Hi @Vini_Akshara_Kannan and @tony.marsh1 thanks for looking into this, is this something we need to resolve our side?
@Sean_Rickard We should be able to resolve this side, I believe the error has been identified. The attribute value name is incorrect - an error our side, not yours - we will rectify and let you know when resolved for re-rest.
@Sean_Rickard We have updated the app with the required attribute. Could you please test and let us know if there are any further issues.
@Vini_Akshara_Kannan we are still having the same issues after the fix, Attachments not pulling through and missing info when fields are populated in e-RS
@Sean_Rickard Thanks, the change was still necessary anyway, so its still good it was spotted. Has this been investigated with EPIC first please. We’ve not had any correlation IDs related to the issue being talked about now, and appears to be different from the original post? Initially was a connection timeout, but now maybe related to something else?

Morning, can you also make sure the correct application is in use.
We have setup 107351e6-b0a4-4b12-8cee-2943b45df516
but on the original request form we also received 2d07ab06-8c7d-4859-8897-466ecf98b4d1
the second one did not exist.
Please note that in production our pattern is an application per authorisation mode, so if you are using app restricted and healthcare you would need two.
