Hi,
I am testing the RAS build for CUH Trust (Addenbrooke’s) and we arriving at this error message when retrieving a RAS referral from e-Referral to our Epic environment:
**Error processing request.
The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.**
Previously the error message was this:
** NHS e-RS Error - Forbidden. Supplied organisation does not have required role=SERVICE_PROVIDING_ORGANISATION. userId=5553 2921 2107 odsCode=B6Q2E.
The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.**
I believe an update was made from NHS England. Please could I check what this was? Also, are we able to resolve this error message?
Please could I also check if it’s possible for our team to set up a service within the M9Y1U ODS code? Many thanks for your help.

, please flag if this isn’t you.
This looks to be caused by a configuration error.
@nhserspartners @andrew.clayton3 It looks like the value configured for app-restricted-user-id
has spaces in it when it should not have. e.g. 5553 2921 2107
when it should be 555329212107
. Can you request the APIM team update this and update any related guidance?
Please could I also check if it’s possible for our team to set up a service within the M9Y1U ODS code? Many thanks for your help.

Good Morning. We have sent the request to the central team to amend the UUID (remove spacing). We will let you know when it is ready to re-test. The requests are usually complete within 24 hours.
