Is there any way to report on referrals to a specific service?

As the title suggests, I am trying to find out if there is any way to report on referrals in to a specific service on eRS?

We recently had an issue with the setup of two of our services, where there was a service ID mismatch between what was created in eRS and the corresponding service in our EPR.

The issue has been resolved, and we are seeing referrals coming through now, but almost need some kind of reconciliation to see if any were missed over the period of the issue.

Hi Phil,

I’m not certain if this can be done, but if it can I believe this would need to be done via a service request as its on the live environment - please can you raise a national service ticket with specific details of the event, service IDs etc - maybe example UBRNs if you have them.
