We have created new services in our test Trust in the INT eRS environment, however, we are failing to find these when we create a new referral for a patient.
Test Trust Name: TD009461 TEST TRUST 013. We have created services using both of these sites yet we cannot find the,. Please can you confirm that our test trust is set up correctly:
Abbey - are these the ones previously used for your testing? As in, they worked before but now having issues?
Could you also let us know when the service was created and the service ID if you have it?
We did have some deployment issues in INT yesterday, I’m just wondering if a roll-back may have affected the data.

So this is us trying to test the RK9 connection in INT. Our eRS service IDs under the RK9 INT Trust are - we had no issue when testing the RA9 services, when we built the service in eRS we were able to find it right away when creating a new referral for the patient:

One early spot - at least for the GI service (6711471) - this is flagged as NOT “available on the secondary care menu” Is this correct? If not - commissioning rules need to be set against it.
