INT eRS Services only viewable by myself

Hi,

I have created A&G and RAS for some services in INT. One of my colleagues can’t see these services whether he’s in as a referrer or definer. When accessed via the APIs the worklists are empty.

It seems only I can book to these or define them. They were originally defined by my colleague who now can’t see them.

I’m struggling to find them also - which clinic type are they both please. Are they both published?

Yes, I can send A&G to the A&G one which is cardiology, cardiology genetics.

Thanks for that - so I’ve done a search on the DOS by a random GP I have on my profile and can see the service. So this implies there is something your colleague is doing incorrectly? Are they definitely accesing the same environment?

Hi Tony, I’ve had an update from my colleague and the team working on the API and they can both now see the service and the A&G requests.
