I have created a referral in the INT ERS environment with UBRN 000049815335 and it has been assigned to service ID 6711065. The appointment has also been booked, however the response to A008 API for “Referrals To Review” with Service ID, is a “no results” response
I am also not seeing the referral in UI within Worklists when filtering for “Referrals to Review” . Can you please help me with understanding what I am missing?

OK, can you check if the service is setup to require a referral letter - this should be set to ‘Yes’.
@zubeir.tai The service is setup to not require referral letter
That is why the referral is not showing on the “Referrals for Review” worklist; it is being automatically accepted as there is no referral letter required.
Please change it to ‘Yes’ and your referrals should start appearing.
