We have now ran into this issue, i’ve filled the form out. This will be a problem as we are hoping to use the upcoming healhcare worker api . Ideally the A005 and A008 endpoints would include the SDS ID of the referring clinician Kind regards Gareth

@gareth.perkins @zubeir.tai the form to request better conversation data in the API response appears to have stopped working. What’s the current state of play with turning the opaque “who said” results from the API into a actual human-meaningful name (department, hospital, … ) ?

Hi @tc1 - currently Healthcare worker API only uses the Practitioner’s SDS User ID as an identifier - which will return their name and roles assigned. Only active users details will be returned.
