Hello, I am looking for a simple GET API to get certain information from my organisations ESR. This will then be used within a RPA to check changes (joiners / movers / leavers).
from what I can recall there are no decent api’s in ESR, well nothing modern
its data dumps and parsing of files, for example
google “bi directional esr interface”, there are a couple of documents
worked with this in a previous role…
Thanks - I’ll do some more research, I am really surprised as the ESR data belongs to that organisation and we can get the data in a flat file format, just seems odd we cannot automate the process, even if it was for non-sensitive data (name / job role / ESR number etc). Apparently there may be some RPAs in use across the UK with secure robotic authentication which I have requested to sign up for.
