Application-restricted Access eRS APIs - List of steps

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone manage to start using the Application-restricted Access eRS APIs. We’ve recently developed an App that work fine and now planning to move this into Integration Environment. Does anyone have a document which provides the list of action required to move the app from Sandpit to Integration and then onto production environment please?
