Does e-RS manage referrals from secondary care to secondary care?

How does Transfer of Care compliment / fit into this?

Hi @Tim_Morgan - Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community!

e-RS primarily facilitates referrals from primary to secondary care (first OP consultant-led services).

There is a capacity to refer from any point in the healthcare system to any other point, commonly known as ‘any-to-any’, but this is only available via the professional web application, not the API.

If you’d like to explore this further it may be beneficial to speak to one of our colleagues in the Implementation & Business Change team who have experience of these types of processes.
