As a provider, I want to upload a document to e-RS so that this can be sent to the referring GP

I’m looking at the end-point process flows, and I’m not clear on whether a provider is able to upload documents to e-RS, in order for these to be sent to the GP.
We are thinking that the A020 endpoint might cater to this, but it also reads like this is specific to the referrer flow.
Please can you advise?

Hi @Tim_Morgan -

A provider can upload attachments (via A020) but only in the context of the following actions via the API:

  • Record triage outcome (A028)
  • Cancel appointment, action later (A022)
  • Send A&G response (A026)
  • Convert A&G request (A027)

We are looking at making the transfer of documents/attachments consistent across all users and workflows, consistent with other services like NRL.
