Is there any way of testing the system post-go-live, or do we just need to rely on live referrals coming through?

INT is the environment where testing and validation should take place, including how the solution functions and flows, rather than Production.
If you’re looking to understand end-to-end flows in Production, when your software goes live, this would need to be discussed with the organisations involved in the referral pathway, with appropriate clinical oversight. This ensures all parties understand the touchpoints of a referral from initiation through to completion.
