Anyone know why we cannot see / set-up a location in order to complete setting-up a service?
I am looking into this now.
With this being an issue in sandbox, I believe @tony.marsh1 will have better insight in this issue.
Thanks - yes if @tony.marsh1 could help that would be great
FYI - minor point, this is INT not sandbox ![]()

@Tim_Morgan Can you validate a couple of things please.
The UUID you are using to test
-
The org and roles you are logged in as on the screen shot you’ve sent
-
Could you also send a screenshot on the role selection screen so I can see what roles are available and the orgs they are linked to?
Hi Tim,
I think you are getting the error as you are not using the test data that was provided to you, and there has been an additional request to set up access to roles at clinical partners, but this does not have any sites linked to it on the ODS mapping in the INT environment.
Please can you use the test orgs provided to perform testing - to validate this is working as expected, log in to INT, select organisation (select the test org, not this one), choose service definer, set up a new service and when you select add location - you should then see the site location.
Hi @tony.marsh1 Do you have any availability for a call on this please? We’re not seeing our set-up behave in the way we are expecting
Hi Tim,
I could do 30mins tomorrow morning 10.30 or 11.00?
One thing you could do in advance is take a screenshot or list the orgs under the ‘select organisation’ drop down when you log on. ![]()
That would help validate that you have the test data originally provided in addition to the new org.
Hi @tony.marsh1 A call tomorrow would be great - what’s your email address?
Also, we dont see any orgs list. It shows roles and login to DL5 org.
Thanks for your help with this
Tim
Don’t worry I’ll send something out to you ![]()
@Tim_Morgan invite sent ![]()
Marking this as solved, held call with Tim, issue was that the UUID was missing the test organisations - this is being amended by the ITOC team
