Unable to add new services in INT web app - no location options

When I log into the INT environment with a service definer role and open the ‘**Add a new service’ form, I’m unable to complete and submit the form because I don’t have any options for the location dropdown.

There are no locations available for you as none have been created/set-up.

Was this the organisation provided to you for test purposes?

As part of your data pack, you will have been assigned a test:

  • NHS trust organisation
  • NHS trust site (location)

Yes, this is the organisation I was provided for testing, and I have linked my smartcard to the ODS code for this org.

Is it possible to request for a location to be added to the organisation?

Will this be a different ODS code from the one I was using?

Hi James - we have issued a test data pack to DXC but I can’t see that your name was on the email details. Do you want to message me your email address and I’ll send it across to you. You can then use these test organisations to create services and appointments against. Also can you confirm the App ID you’re using, and your smartcard/security key etc UUID and I’ll check whether this has been set up for you with e-RS permissions.
