Access to int ers portal with other method rather than smart card?

We have been set up on int for testing but we would rather use a different method than smart cards for accessing the portal to set up services and send test referrals - can you advise what other options we have please?

Hi @Sarah_Hibbert - As you will be using CIS2 to access the service, you have a variety of options, e.g. Windows Hello, Security key, Authenticator app, etc.
