In NCRS, I don’t get a button in the Documents tab to retrieve the document for a pointer. What is wrong?
This will be because the pointer contains an Accredited System Identified (ASID) that does not have permissions to use the endpoint provided in the pointer content URL.
To fix this, change the ASID in your pointers to the one provided when registering the endpoints (that was generated when the SSP certs were generated).
