I am getting one of the following error messages. How do I resolve my issue?
“The ‘nrl-app-id’ custom attribute for your application is missing or invalid. Please contact onboarding team to resolve the issue.”
“Your organisation ‘XXX00’ does not have permission to access this resource. Contact the onboarding team”
Each end-user organisation accessing the API needs permissions for specific pointer types per application.
To resolve this issue, the NRL team will need to add your access permissions to your application. Please send an email to england.nrls@nhs.net with the following information:
- The error you are getting
- What environment your request related to (INT or PROD)
- Your application ID for this environment (This can be found by logging into your developer account, navigating to ‘Introduction and onboarding’, navigating to ‘environment access’, selecting your product from the ‘my applications’ list, and scrolling to ‘basic details)
- Your end user organisation(s) ODS code(s)
- Which NRL API(s) you wish to use (i.e. provider API and/or consumer API)
- Which pointer types each of your end user organisations are trying to provide and/or consumer (The list of supported pointer types can be found here.
The NRL team have two key operating procedures (KOP-NRLF-005, and KOP-NRLF-008) that they will need to follow to fulfil this request. These requests can take up to 24hrs to resolve.
