I cannot use producer search functionality to search for pointers provided by other organisations.
I am getting the following error:
“Your organisation ‘X00000’ does not have permission to access this resource. Contact the onboarding team.”
How do I resolve this issue?
This error message is to be expected, as you shouldn’t be able to retrieve something you didn’t provide using provider search.
The provider search functionality is intentionally locked down so that you can only search for pointers that you yourself have created. If a supplier is onboarding as a provider only, they can use this functionality to ensure pointers they themselves created were successfully created, look up the IDs for them etc.
To search for pointers provided by other organisations, please use the consumer search functionality.
