Waiting for approval for service search

Hi

I’m currently waiting for a production key for the service search API- the request was put in a couple of months ago in March. Any idea how long this will take?

Thanks

Phil

Hi Phil,
Apologies for the inconvenience.
I just wanted to check if you’ve already created an app through the Developer Portal for the Service Search API. If so, you should be able to view the keys directly within the app. Alternatively, when adding a new API or product to the app, a new set of key/secret credentials can be generated.

Thanks!

Hi Phil,
Can you please share the documentation you have followed?

Sure:

Dear Phil Jones,

Thank you for your interest in our Service Search API product. We are delighted to receive your subscription request

In order for us to approve this subscription request, we will need you to answer the following questions:

1. What is your anticipated go-live date?
2. Will you be using the API on a web site or an app?
3. If you are using the API on a web site, have you included the tracking pixel within the Syndicated content?
4. If you are using the API on a mobile app, are you prepared to supply us with a monthly report on its usage?
5. Can you provide us with a link to the website/mobile app?
6. Are your contact details up to date? You can check your details on your profile.

Please reply to this email with your answers. We will promptly review it and get back to you.

Thank you,

The NHS Syndication team
