INT - Unable to find service as GP when referring

I have a Dermatology (6711264) and an Orthopaedics (6711239) service set up on our provider organisation (Z5O1Z). Set up to handle all subspecialties in respective specialty. Both are for Triage/Advice and don’t have any restrictions on referring sites/clinicians enabled.

When I switch to my GP role in the Integration portal and try to refer someone from our test pack (e.g 9728324103) to either of my services for Referral or Advice, they don’t appear in the list. If I specifically search for the NHS Trust Site before moving to the service list then I’m told no services are found.

What confuses me is that I am able to see the services in the eRS Integration portal when I search for them, I just can’t see them when trying to refer to them.

As far as I know I have set these up without restriction in the eRS portal. My test patients meet the age and gender requirements of my services. Is there something else I need to do to my published services at my site to allow them to accept Triage referrals?

Cheers

Hi @James_Elliott - There could be a number of factors at play here.

It may be easier to jump on a call, please DM with your email and I’ll set something up.

Thanks,
Z.

@James_Elliott Hi James, just checking this has been resolved before I mark this post as complete  Open to a call if you havent already had one.

Hi @tony.marsh1 ,

Thanks for reaching out. Thankfully managed to arrange a meeting with Zubeir, and discovered before that the “Legal Right to Choose” being set to No was difficult to configure on integration. I’ve since set that to Yes and have been able to proceed.

Thanks

@James_Elliott That’s great news, thanks for taking the time to reply
