I’m currently integrating with a Partner API and trying to access the Swagger documentation via the /pfs/swagger/index.html endpoint. However, I keep receiving a 500 Internal Server Error when making a GET request to this path. The response has no content, and the server is identified as Microsoft-IIS/10.0 with ASP.NET.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
Is there a known workaround or a recommended contact person/team who could help resolve this?
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
@Lina_Lu Can you share the Link where you are receiving 500 Error and the request as well?
I’m unable to share the specific IP address, but the service is hosted on an Amazon EC2 instance in the eu-west-2 region. It’s a standard browser-based GET request.
When attempting to access the Swagger URL, the browser displays the following message:
“Failed to load response data. No resource with given identifier found.”
Additionally, the HTTP response code is 500 (Internal Server Error).
Have you ever been able to access the IM1 Swagger documentation successfully?
