Test Data upon Registration

Hi,

I am supposed to complete the test packs for the SCAL, but for this I suppose I need the Test Data obtained in the 2nd part of the process (see screenshot below)

However, the person who did the onboarding of the Application no longer works with us and has not shared the Test Data.

Is there a way to have it resent to us or should I resubmit the form?
