The Bowel Cancer Screening System (BCSS) has a nightly job that calls the PDS FHIR API, (endpoint https://api.service.nhs.uk/personal-demographics/FHIR/R4/Patient/xxxxxxxxxx) as part of its processing. It has been running nightly for some time.
Today we have Production support tickets open as the calls to the API from the job running on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May have failed. Example error log below for one patient call. This was repeated in our logs for all patients processed. There have been no changes on the application side. We are currently investigating with our network team but I am just checking if there was an unexpected outage or changes over the weekend. The processing time was around 22:25 on both evenings.
