Onboarding Pending Review

We submitted our application approximately 8 weeks ago and it still shows as “pending review.” No reference number was issued at the time of submission, which has made it difficult to follow up via phone support.

We are Praxis Medicine, building a clinical decision-support product called Praxis for UK-licensed healthcare professionals. Our product operates exclusively in the UK. We are looking to access the NHS Website Content API as a first step, with a view to broader NHS integrations down the line.

Could someone from the onboarding or registrations team advise on the status of our application, or let us know if any additional information is needed from our side to move it forward?
