NHS 111 Adaptor Standard

Good afternoon,

We are currently onboarding for Pharmacy First and need to use the NHS 111 Report Adaptor (link below):

https://digital.nhs.uk/developer/api-catalogue/nhs-111/nhs-111-report-adaptor

The onboarding link on the catalogue page points to a general overview, but it is not clear what the specific onboarding route is for the 111 Report Adaptor.

Could you please confirm:

  1. The onboarding process for the NHS 111 Report Adaptor (steps and prerequisites)

  2. Whether any assurance activities are required (for example witness testing, onboarding calls, or evidence submission), given the adaptor is described as “pre-assured”

  3. Where the relevant onboarding documentation and contacts are located (for example within the Digital Onboarding Service or elsewhere)

If you can point me to the correct documentation or team to engage with, that would be appreciated.

I’d also be really interested in the answer to this; it’s very unclear how to request onboarding / access to this.

Just bumping to see if there’s an update

Hi Jon, I am not aware of an onboarding process exists for the NHS 111 Report Adaptor. Probably the best contact I can offer you is the Urgent and Emergency Care team mailbox and the National Integration Adaptors team mailbox, they may be able to advise you better.
