We already have an pharmacy appointment booking platform, Want to integrate BaRS inorder to receive a booking from external systems for the defined slots and also need to expose the appointment slots for a pharmacy service.
- Is there any documentation available which would help with quick start
- Do i need to have a DOS mirror if i want to expose / receive booking for a specific service for multiple organisations
- How to setup DOS mirror in local
- Is there any new alternative to DOS mirror for getting organisation details and identifiers

This not something the NHSE API Platform (infrastructure) team can help with. You should contract the BaRS / DoS teams directly with your onboarding / design query.
In your case, start here:
1. BaRS
2. DoS
Use the DoS APIs to retrieve service information, rather than stand up your own “mirror” as a local copy. NHS England states that third-party systems can use DoS APIs to surface service information, for example via search functions and individual service record retrieval.

If your requirement is “which pharmacy service / API should I use for a booking?”, that sounds more like DoS + BaRS.

If your requirement is “what is the national identifier / organisation reference data?”, that may be more of an ODS use case.
Following which, please raise a formal onboarding / design query DIRECTLY with the BaRS / DoS team.
