Making NHS Services Better for Everyone: A Concept to Encourage Use and Engagement

Hi everyone, I’m Anson, a UX Research graduate from Sheffield Hallam University. I’ve been exploring ways to make giving feedback to the NHS easier and more meaningful, and I came up with Pulse—a simple app extension where patients can share how their consultation went, earn small rewards, and help improve services.
