I’m aware of the changes planned here, has the latest change been completed? Forward change schedule - NHS England Digital
The problems I’m experiencing are not being able to retrieve patients as a referring clinician, and not being able to retrieve items on my A&G worklist as a service provider clinician.

Hi @sam.carter,
We are aware of issues currently impacting the INT environment and are looking into them now.
We currently believe this is due to a change in a system downstream from e-RS.
