HTTP 500 error when trying to retrieve A&G worklist

Hello,

We are trying to retrieve the A&G worklist for TD008996 TEST TRUST 001 using the Service Provider Clinician role but we keep receiving a HTTP 500 error. This was working fine for a number of months.

Extract from our logs:

This has been resolved by going into 2 A&G’s in the worklist and saving them. The data somehow got corrupt.
