How to get an allocated clinician in the eRS worklists

I am struggling to get an allocated clinician in the eRS worklists.I have selected allocated clinicians in the service definition in the DOS but the worklist shows no clinician. Any help would be appreciated

Hi Steve. The “Named / Allocated” settings in the DoS associate the clinician with the service, they do not assign that clinician to referrals already on the worklist.

For a booked, directly bookable referral, the clinician shown on Referrals for Review comes from the clinician associated with the booked appointment slot. Check that the slot in your PAS has that clinician and that the booking includes them. For a triage referral, specify a named clinician in the referral’s search criteria when creating it.

To test this, create a new referral using one of those routes and check the worklist again. If you’re using A008, its allocatedClinician field is optional and will be absent when the referral has no clinician recorded. If a new referral still shows “-”, could you confirm whether it was booked or sent for triage, and whether a clinician was selected on the slot or referral?

Kind regards,

George
